The GO-GO Food Co.- A Food Truck Experience

The GO-GO Food Co., has a reputation for imaginatively prepared, delicious menus based on traditionally inspired Italian or Canadian cuisines.  Chef Lorenzo’s two food trucks represent two very different culinary styles, however, are based on the same simple principles. What’s For Lunch Joe?

First off, a refreshing watermelon salad consisting of watermelon, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, feta cheese, topped with a Sriracha balsamic dressing.  Followed by the salad, is an Alberta beef slider cooked to perfection.  A scrumptious bacon poutine made with real Quebec cheese curds is next up.  But just when you think Joe is packing all this food away alone, big brother Ernie joins in to try another slider, this time veal parm. Ernie, no stranger to good food, thinks its delicious. Arancini, an Italian rice ball covered in marinara is delectable.  Finally, the penne polo.  Pasta, Joe’s favourite.  In the end, Joe and Ernie are absolutely stuffed.  As a result, it’s time to loosen the belts.  Thanks Lorenzo Lucchetta with The GO-GO Food Co. for having Joe and Ernie out today for some great eats.
