Do you want to become a Realtor and make millions of dollars?
I have been in the Real Estate business for going on 8 years now. I spent 6 years working at Century 21 in Fonthill. In my first year I was the top earning Realtor in my office! Since leaving there, I have opened up and am running my own Real Estate Brokerage, Right Choice Happenings Realty for a little over a year.
Why am I telling you this? I’m not trying to toot my own horn, rather show that I know what it takes to become the best Realtor you can be!
To become a Realtor in the Niagara Region you must get your Real Estate licence from Humber College. It costs about $10,000 from day 1 to the day you are fully licensed and registered with a Brokerage.
I highly suggest working FULL TIME in Real Estate and not attempting to do this part time. Running a business requires more than full time hours!
Save some money! Six months of expenses should be saved up. You do not get a regular pay cheque in Real Estate and should anticipate being able to pay your bills for at least six months.
