Why Are Canada's Real Estate Prices Skyrocketing?

Everybody is talking about real estate prices going to the moon. What's causing it?

My take

I think a big contributing factor is inflation. You hear it everywhere. Add in higher production costs and broken supply chains, and the cost of everything, including homes, keeps rising.
